We collect information you provide directly to us when you register for an account, including your email address and account credentials. We also automatically collect usage data, such as API request logs, IP addresses, and performance metrics, to ensure service stability.
We do not store your credit card details. All payment processing is securely handled by our Merchant of Record (MoR) and payment gateway partners (e.g., Creem, Stripe). Please refer to their respective privacy policies regarding payment data.
We use the collected information to: provide, maintain, and improve our API services; process your transactions; monitor usage to prevent fraud and abuse; and communicate with you regarding updates or support.
When you make an API request through Ted-API, your prompts and data are routed to the respective third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google). We do not use your API request data (prompts or completions) to train our own models. However, you are subject to the data privacy policies of the underlying AI models you choose to invoke.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and API keys. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
